Ingredients:
⅓ cup shredded cooked chicken (plain, unseasoned)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup water or unsalted chicken broth
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until mostly smooth.
Pour into Creami container and freeze for 24 hours.
Spin on "Sorbet" or "Lite Ice Cream" setting.
Add a little extra broth if it needs re-spinning.
