Mash two sardines.
Squeeze in a head of roasted garlic.
Add ¼ cup @grazaolive olive oil.
Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Add the zest of a whole lemon.
Add a handful of Kalamata olives.
Add ¼ cup roasted red peppers.
Add a tablespoon of capers.
Add a small handful of fresh parsley.
Add ¼ cup grated parmesan.
Add a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes.
Add the juice of half a lemon.
Stir it all together.
Drizzle more olive oil on top.
Pile it on warm crusty sourdough.
