Pineapple Tea
  1. Thoroughly wash the pineapple

  2. Chop off the top, bottom, and outside skin

  3. Shave the skin but leave the eyes on the pineapple

  4. Carve the eyes out in a spiral pattern

  5. Chuck all the scraps into a pot with enough water to cover it

  6. Optionally add some cinnamon and sweetener

  7. Bring this to a boil, then switch the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes

  8. Drain out the pineapple skin solids

  9. Add the pineapple core to the pineapple tea

  10. Shut the core

  11. Use the pineapple core in a smoothie
