Dice the red onion and pepper
Cook the raw chicken breast in a pan
Add the diced onion and pepper to the pan
Stir in the garlic and fajita seasoning
Pour in the passata and chicken stock
Add the mixed beans in chilli sauce and sweetcorn
Simmer until the chicken is cooked through
Squeeze the lime juice into the soup
Serve in bowls
Top with Greek yoghurt, crushed Doritos/tortillas, sliced avocado, fresh coriander, chilli, and jalapeños
Serve with a wedge of lime and optional grated cheese
