High Protein Vegan Strawberry Mousse
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the flavor to your liking by adding a bit more jam or vanilla if desired.

  2. Divide between serving jars, with optional fresh strawberries for garnish. Chill for at least an hour before serving, or make up to 72 hours in advance.
