Squeeze out excess water from chicken mince
Finely chop onions and green chilli
Mix chicken mince with chopped onions, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, coriander seeds, pomegranate seeds, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, black pepper and salt
Shape the mixture into kebabs
Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, or bake in oven at 200°C for 18-20 minutes
Serve hot
