1lb burger, 1tsp chili powder, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1Tbsp dried minced onion, 1Tbsp garlic powder, pinch of red pepper flakes. Cover with 2-3 cups of water and simmer for 1-2hours.
Add in 1cup ketchup ¼cup brown sugar and ¼ cup worechestershire sauce. Simmer another 30 to 45 minutes.
