30 Minute Bagels
  1. Set oven to 400

  2. In a mixing bowl combine flour, yogurt, baking powder, and 1-2 pinches of salt

  3. Mix with a rubber spatula as much as you can until a ball forms

  4. Sprinkle flour onto counter and with oiled hands, knead the dough for a few minutes

  5. Roll the entire thing out, cut out 6 pieces

  6. Roll each piece and shape into bagel

  7. Place onto baking tray, egg wash on top

  8. Top with seasonings

  9. Add a little parchment roll in each one to prevent the "hole" from closing up

  10. Bake for 10 minutes, remove parchment and EITHER flip for another 10 minutes OR. Remove parchment and broil for 5-8 minutes
