Chipotle Shredded Beef Sweet Potato Bowls With Corn Salsa & Chipotle-honey Crema
  1. Whisk all ingredients together then cover & store in the fridge.

  2. Cut the kernels off the corn (if using fresh) & add them to a bowl with your onion, jalapeño & cilantro. Squeeze the lime over the top & season with salt to taste.

  3. Cover & store in the fridge.

  4. Toss the potatoes in avocado oil. Generously season with salt & a few cracks of black pepper.

  5. Air fry at 390 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
