Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Blend oats into flour.
Mash the banana and mix all ingredients until smooth, adding a splash of milk at a time until gooey consistency is reached, you don't want it too runny!
Pour into a baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes
I personally like to underbake mine as it contains no eggs, I do around 12 minutes for a more "brownie batter" consistency!
I like to double the recipe and save half for the next day, it tastes amazing cold 😍
