Press and overnight freeze tofu
Chop into blocks and toss with corn starch or tapioca
Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown
Sesame sauce
Whisk all Ingredients
Transfer to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Cook for about a minute until sauce has thickened
Transfer cooked tofu to sesame sauce
Serve over steamed broccoli, rice or noodles
