Sesame Tofu
  1. Press and overnight freeze tofu

  2. Chop into blocks and toss with corn starch or tapioca

  3. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown

  4. Sesame sauce

  5. Whisk all Ingredients

  6. Transfer to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  7. Cook for about a minute until sauce has thickened

  8. Transfer cooked tofu to sesame sauce

  9. Serve over steamed broccoli, rice or noodles
