In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Scoop the dough into 1-inch balls and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
Air fry for 7-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still slightly soft.
Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on the basket for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
