Open your camembert wheel and wrap in slices of prosciutto, making sure it's fully covered.
Roll out your puff pastry and cut the edges off. Place some chutney in the middle of the puff pastry and set your wrapped camembert on top. Add another tablespoon of chutney on top, then wrap the camembert in the pastry.
To create the pumpkin shape, I used four pieces of string tied at the bottom, which slightly indented the pastry
Once done, brush some beaten egg over the pastry then air fry for 20 minutes at 190.
