Cashew Chicken
  1. Mix cornflour and soy sauce until lump free. Then mix in remaining Sauce ingredients.

  2. Mix 2 tbsp Sauce with chicken, set aside 10 minutes+.

  3. Heat oil over medium high heat in a wok. Add the garlic and onion, cook 1 min. Add chicken, cook 2 min. Add capsicum, cook 1 min.

  4. Pour the Sauce and water in, bring to simmer and cook for around 2 - 3 minutes or until it thickens and the chicken is cooked through. Stir through cashews.

  5. Remove from stove, and serve with rice.
