Slice 2-3 calamari tubes into rings and add tentacles if possible
Place the calamari onto a lined baking tray
Add chopped fresh Italian parsley, cherry tomatoes, prawns, and pitted Kalamata olives
Season generously with Murray River Salt
Drizzle quality olive oil over the top
Add panko breadcrumbs and cracked black pepper
Use tongs to gently toss the mixture through the breadcrumbs
Spread the coated mixture over the tray
Place into a preheated oven set to 180°C for roughly 30 minutes
Remove from oven once golden brown
Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a light pinch of salt
