Thanksgiving Compound Butter
  1. Put the butter sticks in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes to soften

  2. Roughly chop the garlic, shallots, sage, rosemary, and thyme

  3. Add the chopped ingredients to a food processor with the softened butter

  4. Roll the compound butter in Saran wrap and refrigerate

  5. Use the compound butter to add flavor to mashed potatoes, vegetables, turkeys, chickens, and other proteins
