Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pound each chicken breast to 0.8-inch (2cm) thickness.
In a small bowl, combine paprika, instant chicken stock, oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and chili powder (if using).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange chicken breasts on the pan and toss the chicken in the seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil and rub seasoning all over.
Bake chicken breasts in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Optional: While the chicken is in the oven, melt butter in a small skillet. Sauté garlic until about half a minute, then stir in chopped parsley and pour the mixture into the baking juices.
Transfer cooked chicken to serving plates, drizzle pan juices over the baked chicken breasts and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
