  3. In a bowl, mix your kelp noodles with baking soda and lemon juice and let marinate for 10 minutes. Then rinse the noodles with running water and let it sit for 15 minutes before completely draining

  4. In a pot of boiling water, boil your eggs for 6 minutes and then place them into a bowl of ice water

  5. Peel your eggs

  6. In a large bowl, add you kelp noodles, eggs, korean pear, cucumber, kimchi, and marinade and mix well and enjoy
