Peel and mash your old bananas making sure to keep the skins on a baking tray.
Add in 170g banana, 150g self raising flour, and a good scoop of brown sugar to the bowl and mix until it forms a dough.
This dough will be sticky so using flour and wet hands, roll it out until it is around ½cm thick, and brush over some melted butter and sprinkle a good amount of cinnamon.
Cut this into strips and roll up into swirls.
Bake both the banana skins and swirls in the oven on gas mark five for around 30 minutes. (The skins may take longer to crisp up)
Break the skins down into a power to feed your garden plants and sprinkle some icing sugar on the banana swirls to feed you!
