Cranberry Halloumi Ciabatta
  1. Fry slices of halloumi on both sides until golden brown.

  2. Add 1-2 tablespoon(s) of cranberry sauce, turn off the heat and mix until well coated.

  3. Serve in a ciabatta roll (or bread of choice) with a layer of mayonnaise, handful of rocket or salad leaves, the cranberry halloumi cheese and some chopped toasted hazelnuts if you have them.
