In a baking dish, whisk together cream, paprika, Vegeta, salt, pepper, curry powder, garlic, chilli and wine (or stock).
Add zucchini and tomatoes.
Add fish of choice (can be frozen), toss to coat and make sure it's mostly submerged (add a splash of extra liquid if needed).
Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes until fish is cooked and sauce thickens slightly.
Serve with rice.
