Butter Gochujang Brothy Rice
  1. Prepare chicken coating by mixing ½ cup potato starch with salt and pepper

  2. Create chicken marinade by combining 1 Tbsp honey, ½ Tbsp brown sugar, 2 Tbsp warm water, ¼ cup soy sauce, and 1 Tbsp mirin

  3. Marinate chicken in the prepared marinade

  4. Coat marinated chicken with the potato starch mixture

  5. Prepare brothy sauce by melting 2 Tbsp butter and mincing 2 cloves garlic

  6. Add 2-3 Tbsp gochujang to the butter and garlic

  7. Stir in 1 Cup thickened cream and ½ Cup milk

  8. Add ½ Tbsp chicken bouillon, 1 Tsp paprika, 1 Tsp onion powder, and 1 Tsp sugar to the sauce

  9. Cook the coated chicken until golden and cooked through

  10. Prepare a bed of medium grain rice

  11. Pour the brothy sauce over the chicken and rice

  12. Top with green onion and fried shallots before serving
