Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix the wet ingredients (yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest and juice) together.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder).
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Grease and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool, then make a lemon glaze by mixing icing sugar and lemon juice.
Drizzle the lemon glaze over the top of the cake.
