French Yogurt Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix the wet ingredients (yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest and juice) together.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder).

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

  5. Grease and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  8. Allow the cake to cool, then make a lemon glaze by mixing icing sugar and lemon juice.

  9. Drizzle the lemon glaze over the top of the cake.
