  1. Mix 3 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup with 1 cup non-dairy milk

  2. Let the chia pudding set

  3. Blend the set chia pudding with ½ avocado and 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or 1-2 medjool dates

  4. Serve as is or top with fresh fruit or granola
