Chicken Noodle Balls
  1. Place noodles in a large, heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 5 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water. Using kitchen scissors, cut noodles into 5cm lengths. Return to bowl.

  2. Add mince, onion, carrot, mushroom, sauce and breadcrumbs to noodles. Stir to combine. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on a plate.

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook balls in batches, turning, for 6 to 7 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
