  1. Beat together eggs with flour then milk and salt and pepper

  2. Stir in ham / bacon and gruyere

  3. Pour into a greased fluted baking dish and bake at 180 Celsius for 40 minutes or until set and puffed

  4. Allowed to cool slightly and serve with a lightly dressed green salad.
