Combine Maseca, chicken bouillon, and hot water.
Knead the dough for about eight minutes until it looks like the reference.
In a separate bowl, mix mozzarella cheese and water. It should look almost like mashed potatoes.
Take a portion of the dough, place the cheese mixture inside, and close the dough around it.
Flatten the stuffed dough as much as possible.
Coat in olive oil and cook. Flip halfway, about three minutes on each side.
