Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently until evenly combined.
Shape mixture into tablespoon-sized meatballs and place on the prepared sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the tzatziki.
Serve warm meatballs with chilled tzatziki and garnish with parsley.
