No Knead Market Style Cheese & Herb Bread
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast by whisking them together.

  2. Gradually add the warm water and mix thoroughly using your hands or a wooden spoon until the dough is sticky.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 3 to 5 hours, allowing it to double in size and develop small bubbles on the surface. You can let it sit for up to 18 hours if needed.

  4. When you're ready to bake, preheat your oven to 450°F and place a Dutch oven inside to heat for 30 to 40 minutes.

  5. While the oven is heating, flour a clean surface and your hands, then gently remove the dough from the bowl.

  6. Fold the dough over itself four times, incorporating the cheese and herbs into each fold.

  7. Shape the dough into a tight ball and place it on a piece of parchment paper in a bowl. Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.

  8. Once the Dutch oven is very hot, carefully take it out of the oven, remove the lid, and place the parchment paper with the dough ball into the pot.

  9. Using a sharp knife, make a few slashes on the top of the dough to allow steam to escape.

  10. Cover the Dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes.

  11. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bread is a lovely golden brown.

  12. Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
