  1. Blend all the ingredients up (apart from the peanut butter powder) until smooth.

  2. Mix in your low fat peanut butter powder until nicely combined.

  3. Add optional dark vegan chocolate chips and pop it into a mini baking dish or skillet and bake at 180 Celsius for 20-25 mins.
