In a bowl add 4 ripe mashed bananas, 1 cup melted butter, ½ cup syrup, ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix together.
Mix together 1 ½ cups ap flour, 1 ½ tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Line muffin pans with muffin liners.
Fill each ¾ way full.
Preheat oven to 450.
Add cinnamon to sugar and sprinkle on top of muffins.
Bake at 450 for 6 mins.
Drop temp and bake at 350 for 15 mins.
