Fry onion, garlic, and ginger in oil.
Add curry powder and chili powder, and fry for a few more minutes.
Add chickpeas and roast for a few minutes.
Add coconut milk and water, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with salt.
Add broccoli, chard or spinach, lime juice, and sugar, then stir and simmer for another 10 minutes.
For the tofu, fry in oil on all sides.
Add cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, and agave syrup or maple syrup, and glaze the tofu.
