Spiced Butter Yogurt Chicken Over Rice And Onions
  1. Mixed together the marinade ingredients.

  2. Remove the skin from your chicken quarters or leave on per your preference for crispy chicken Leave the skin on.

  3. Optional make slits/cuts in your chicken, using a knife

  4. Apply the marinade to your chicken front and back

  5. Cut onion into thick slices

  6. Using an air fryer basket or an oven safe tray lay the onion pieces, and then the chicken right over the onion pieces.

  7. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil over the chicken into the air fryer basket or on your oven tray

  8. Air fryer 375° F for 25 minutes flipping halfway through.

  9. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE CHICKEN when it is cooking so it does not burn. Lower the heat if you feel that it is burning the skin.

  10. Serve over rice!

  11. TIP : do not forget to drizzle oil onto the chicken before putting into the air fryer or oven, to ensure juicy chicken
