Keto Air-fried Crispy Cauliflower
  1. Heat the air fryer at 375 degrees F.

  2. Cut the cauliflower florets of roughly the same size.

  3. Grab a large bowl and add the cauliflower florets in it.

  4. Pour the olive oil on the florets.

  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder, & red pepper flakes on the cauliflower florets. Toss the florets so that it gets properly coated.

  6. Put the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the basket.

  7. Air fry them for 12-15 minutes or till they get golden brown & crispy.

  8. Grab a small saucepan & put on low heat. Include the butter & wait for it to melt.

  9. Include the crushed garlic in the liquefied butter. Toss the garlic for 30 seconds.

  10. Add the mozzarella & parmesan cheese to the pan.

  11. When the cauliflower is done, put them in the bowl. Add the cheese & butter garlic mixture in it.

  12. Properly combine all of them and coat the florets completely.

  13. Dish out the coated cauliflower florets in the serving dish.

  14. Garnish it with shredded parmesan & freshly chopped parsley & red chili flakes.
