Heat the air fryer at 375 degrees F.
Cut the cauliflower florets of roughly the same size.
Grab a large bowl and add the cauliflower florets in it.
Pour the olive oil on the florets.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder, & red pepper flakes on the cauliflower florets. Toss the florets so that it gets properly coated.
Put the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry them for 12-15 minutes or till they get golden brown & crispy.
Grab a small saucepan & put on low heat. Include the butter & wait for it to melt.
Include the crushed garlic in the liquefied butter. Toss the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the mozzarella & parmesan cheese to the pan.
When the cauliflower is done, put them in the bowl. Add the cheese & butter garlic mixture in it.
Properly combine all of them and coat the florets completely.
Dish out the coated cauliflower florets in the serving dish.
Garnish it with shredded parmesan & freshly chopped parsley & red chili flakes.
