Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine chicken, eggs, onion, bell pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mustard, Worcestershire, oregano, and ¼ cup ketchup in a bowl until just combined.
Transfer mixture to a standard (8 ½ x 4 ½) nonstick loaf pan.
Whisk together brown sugar and remaining ¼ cup ketchup in a bowl.
Brush glaze on top of meatloaf.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and cook until an instant-read thermometer reaches 160°F, 35 to 40 minutes.
Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
