Grab a food processor and add parsley, cilantro, red wine vinegar, garlic, red onion, and olive oil. Blend smooth.
In a mason jar, add your mayo, sour cream, Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice and zest, and all seasonings.
Pour the chimichurri base over the top, shake it like you're trying to wake it up, and refrigerate a couple hours before serving.
