One Pot Chicken Pilaf
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and cook until lightly golden

  2. Add onions and cook until soft

  3. Add carrots and cook a few minutes

  4. Stir in garlic, then add rinsed rice

  5. Pour in boiling water or broth and season with salt

  6. Bring to a boil, then cover and cook on low for 15-18 minutes

  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes

  8. Fluff, top with parsley or dill and serve
