Slow cooker Magic Custard Cake
  1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks. Whites in a small bowl and yolks in a large bowl

  2. Beat together the egg yolks with the sugar, water & vanilla until light.

  3. Beat in the melted butter & beat for one minute.

  4. Beat in the flour and add the milk & beat until it is well incorporated.

  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

  6. Gently fold in the egg whites to combine.

  7. Pour into the prepared pan.

  8. I cooked on high for 2 hours with tea towel under the lid.
