Pour liquid ingredients into a small saucepan, mix.
Add dry ingredients to the saucepan, as well as mustard. Stir with a spatula or whisk while heating the saucepan.
Bring the sauce to a boil and make sure the sugar granules have dissolved.
Pour the sauce into a glass container and let cool. Once the Worcestershire sauce has cooled, store it in the refrigerator in a container with a lid. Shake the container with the sauce before use, as the spices will settle to the bottom of the jar.
