Tequila Daisy
  1. Shake well with ice: 2 oz reposado tequila, ¾ oz lime juice, and ½ oz grenadine

  2. Strain into 8-oz highball glass full of cracked ice

  3. Top off with 1 oz chilled sparkling water

  4. Stir briefly

  5. Garnish with lime wheel if desired

  6. Add a straw

  7. Optional: Add 1 dash absinthe and strain instead into a chilled cocktail glass, adding only ½ oz sparkling water
