Meet your new favorite bread dip yall, this sun dried tomato version is literally INSANE!! With all the fresh bread I bake on the daily I need a little something for dipping ya know?!! Recipe below, do give it a whirl!
Recipe:
1 cup of olive oil (no need for really strong extra version)
4 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
Pinch of hot pepper flakes
⅓ cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
⅓ cup finely chopped castalvetrano olives
2Tbsp chopped basil
2 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ cup grated parm
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp of good balsamic vinegar
Once the the garlic becomes golden brown, remove to cool slightly. Then mix all together when the garlic oil is still warm to really bloom those flavors. Allow to cool completely before serving.
