Heat 2 teaspoons of sesame oil in a large skillet.
Brown ground pork in the skillet, add in Chinese 5 spice and salt as the meat cooks.
Stir in garlic, whites of the green onions, ginger, shredded carrots and shredded cabbage.
Cook the ingredient mixture for five minutes stirring gently.
Drizzle soy sauce and the remaining sesame oil over the top of skillet. Cook for an additional minute.
Serve with rice and garnishes such as cilantro, sesame seeds and the chopped greens of the green onions.
