Marinate the beef with the marination sauce, massage well and let it rest for 10 minutes
Prep garlic, scallion, onion
Heat wok with oil. Sear beef until browned. Remove and set aside
Add more oil. Sauté garlic, scallion and onion for 2 minutes until onion becomes slightly soft and translucent
Return beef to the wok. Add a splash of cooking wine for flavor
Add in remaining sauce if there's any left, if not, it's ok
Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve while hot
