Mini Chicken Kebab Rolls
  1. Mix 1 kg chicken thigh mince with ginger, garlic, mint sauce, grated onion (squeezed dry), coriander, salt, cardamom powder, haldi, curry powder, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, zeera powder, garam masala, and black pepper

  2. Divide the chicken mixture into portions and shape into kebab rolls

  3. Place each kebab roll on a sheet of ready rolled puff pastry and roll up

  4. Brush the rolls with beaten egg for egg washing

  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top

  6. Bake until golden brown and cooked through
