Pork & Chive Noodles
  1. Prepare the veggies by cutting and washing the bok choy, finely slicing the chives then mincing both the garlic and ginger.

  2. Cook the rice noodles as per the packet instructions.

  3. Heat a wok over medium heat with a little bit of oil. Add the pork mince and cook until browned.

  4. Into the pan add the garlic and ginger then stir fry for 2 minutes. Next add the box choy, noodles, sauces and chive. Mix to combine.

  5. Serve
