Chocolate Covered Caramel Crunch Cookies
  1. Brown off the butter

  2. Mix in brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla essence or paste, egg, and golden syrup

  3. Mix in flour, baking powder, and chopped chocolate

  4. Roll into 10 small balls

  5. Bake at 180 degrees fan bake for 12 minutes (or 7 minutes if using gluten-free flour)

  6. Top and bottom with melted chocolate

  7. Leave to set for around an hour or put in the fridge
