No Yeast Bread
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  2. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Then slowly pour the water into the bowl and mix together with a fork until well combined.

  3. Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a clean floured surface. Knead the dough for 2 minutes.

  4. Form the dough in a rectangle, oval or round loaf. Score the top with a sharp knife and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes then lower the temperature to 350°F (180°C) for another 10 minutes. The bread is done when you knock on the bottom surface and it sounds hollow.

  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the bread on a wire rack to cool.
