clean and cut the potatoes and transfer into a skillet/pan ( mine was 14 inches)
add the sliced onions, the sliced garlic, salt and pepper as needed, beef bouillon as needed ( optional), oregano as needed, lemon juice as much you want, olive oil with your heart, mix very well, and add 2 cups of water, shake and bake for 50 mins at 400F (200C)
into a large bowl add the ground meat, the diced onion, the diced garlic, the parsley, salt and pepper as needed, oregano as needed, the soaked and drained in water bread, mix very well, shape the burgers into your desired size ( I made em a little bit bigger than a baseball ball)
after 50 mins add the biftekia over the potatoes ( check if more water is needed) and keep baking at same temperature for another 30 mins.
you can enjoy with grilled bread, tirokafteri and Greek salad.
