  3. Combine water, dijon mustard, flour, and olive oil to act as a binder.

  4. Form meatballs and dust with flour.

  5. Fry meatballs in oil until cooked through.

  6. Serve with lemon rice, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, tzatziki, and fries.
