Add your ground beef onto a pan coated with spray oil on medium low heat
Mix on top your soy sauce and minced garlic until the beef cooks through
Then add in your doubanjiang, chicken bone broth, sesame oil, brown sugar, chicken bouillon powder (typo in video), Sichuan peppercorns, and your cornstarch slurry (a mix of cornstarch and water).
Dice your tofu and green onions and add them in and gently mix together and enjoy
